ISO9001 Quality System
 We  received registration under the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard. Receiving ISO 9001:2000 registration is certainly a milestone for Foaxtac to  our ongoing quest & improvement for quality.  It is viewed as a step, in our dedication, toward continuous improvement. We are dedicated to developing better ways to perform all of our functions.

 NPI Quality
 New products begin a comprehensive process plan that is designed to maximize productivity and minimize costs.  This plan includes the selection of the most appropriate equipment and tooling, and establishes outside finishing requirements, packaging, and shipping methods. An qualification approval report will release when the test result including life testing reviewed & signed off by project engineers.

 IQC(Input Material Quality) &  In-Process Control
 All materials are inspected upon receipt.
 Material and service certification documents are required from the source.
 A copy of the material certification document(s) is forwarded to the customer along with delivery of the completed job.
 Each order receives a "First  Article" inspection at the  completion of the machine setup by our quality control inspectors to ensure that  the part is manufactured in accordance with the customer specifications and the print/drawing.
 During the manufacturing process, the machine operator performs in-process inspections
.
Product Quality
 A final inspection is performed before orders are shipped to any outside service and prior to shipment to the customer.
 All inspection/test equipment is calibrated to standards traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.
