History & Background:
Foxtac Electric was incorporated in year 1994. We are the market leader slip ring manufacturer in China. Our products range covers different types of application. In addition supplying to China domestic market, we also export the products to worldwide customers such as North America, Europe, Middle East, Japan and developing third world countries.
Production capacity and Facility:
Foxtac current employees are around 240 people. Factory and production area cover the area of 20,000 foot square. Our production line equips with high tech and precision equipments including automatic spot welding machine , Ultrasonic cleaner, Coordinate Measuring Machine( CMM) and automatic test system. The automatic test system embedded testing software, which can test electronic noise(Dynamic contact resistance ) and operational input current less than 0.1mA.Only qualified staff had authorization to use these equipment, and the test equipment calibrated by our quality & engineering team timely.
R & D
Foxtac Electric focus on developing new products and constant improving quality of product range. We have employed experienced engineers in R&D team who have worked many years in MNC or Academy-Institute in China. All the staffs and engineers have gone through new employmee introduction program so as to ensure that they are familiar with the company core value and operation guidelines. Our R&D is capable to design and customize the specifications according to your needs.

Service & Warranty:
Foxtac Electric provides customized designs and solutions according to your needs as well as OEM or ODM services. Foxtac warrants that the products to be delivered will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of delivery. If, during the warranty period, the product becomes defective by reason of material or workmanship, and customer immediately notifies us of such defect, we shall, at its option, supply a replacement part, request return of goods to its plant for repair, or perform necessary corrective actions at the manufacture’s location.
